Environmental Management System Policy

PRIME AXIS INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LLC acknowledges that its activities can significantly influence the environment; therefore, we are committed to minimizing our impact on both the local and global environment.

It is our policy to ensure that potential pollution threats arising from our operations are identified and either prevented, eliminated, or effectively controlled. We commit to:

• Minimize waste, noise, and emissions across all operational areas of our business.
• Adopt risk management procedures to minimize environmental incidents in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Integrate environmental protection into our business operations by planning activities to avoid or mitigate adverse impacts.
• Ensure that subcontractors and their personnel understand and strictly adhere to our environmental policy.
• Conduct rigorous audits, evaluations, and self-assessments to monitor the implementation of this policy.
• Drive continual improvement in our environmental performance and the overall Environmental Management System (EMS).

This policy will be reviewed annually, with all relevant issues addressed during management review meetings.

Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Policy

PRIME AXIS INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LLC is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of all personnel—including employees, visitors, and contractors—on our premises, as well as protecting the natural and built environment to achieve our OH&S objectives.

• Develop and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certified to ISO 45001:2018 across all operations.
• Prevent injury and ill health by providing and maintaining a safe, healthy working environment for all workers.
• Identify and eliminate hazards to minimize risks to human health and prevent adverse impacts on the environment.
• Comply fully with all applicable local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly auditing, evaluating, and refining our safety practices and dynamic safety policies.

This policy will be reviewed annually, with all relevant matters addressed during management review meetings.
